CapabilitiesEGO & UVC cameras

02 · CAMERA ARCHITECTURE

Purpose-built vision
starts at the sensor.

From multi-camera EGO rigs to compact USB UVC devices, we bring optics, mechanics, interface design, image tuning and firmware into one practical camera program.

Custom UVC camera mounted on a monitor

CAMERA SYSTEM

A camera that fits the product should fit the workflow, the environment and the line of code around it.

SYSTEM FOCUS
UVC

Optics, enclosure and interface selection

PLUG-AND-PLAY INTERFACE

EGO

UVC firmware and host-device compatibility

MULTI-CAMERA SYSTEMS

OPTICS + FW

Synchronized multi-camera architecture for EGO capture

ONE CAMERA TEAM

Camera programs

One camera team across optics, mechanics and firmware.

The camera is treated as a full product subsystem, not a sensor selected in isolation.

01

EGO capture rigs

Multi-camera, first-person configurations shaped around motion, comfort, synchronization and data quality.

02

UVC product cameras

Compact plug-and-play devices with host behavior, enclosure fit and image target designed together.

03

Specialized vision modules

Optics and mechanics for terminals, robots and dedicated devices where the camera must disappear into the product.

PROJECT OUTPUTS

Camera program outputs

We reduce the distance between a desired visual outcome and a buildable camera architecture.

Optics and sensor proposal

A concrete architecture that connects field of view, working distance, shutter and image target.

Interface contract

UVC, host behavior, synchronization and electrical choices written for hardware and software teams.

Prototype build brief

Mechanical intent, firmware needs and validation criteria ready for the next physical sample.

PROJECT PATH

Progress with evidence, not assumptions.

  1. 01

    Define the visual task

  2. 02

    Shape camera architecture

  3. 03

    Build and tune samples

  4. 04

    Validate with the host

ENGINEERING QUESTIONS

The conversations that shape the system.

01Can EGO and UVC be developed in the same program?

Yes. The shared foundation is image quality and system integration; the capture geometry, synchronization and enclosure needs then branch by use case.

02Can the enclosure be customized?

Yes. Form factor, mounting, cable exit, heat and industrial design are all treated as camera-system decisions.

03Will it work with an existing host application?

We define the UVC and host contract early, then validate the device where it will actually be used.
